The Switch version also has a bunch of content and options that were previously unavailable on Playstation, Xbox, and PC. The Switch version of Dragon Quest 11 is pared down visually to suit the Switch's hardware, and the difference is not profound (besides the resolution), but is easily noticed and definitely a step or two down. It is its own version of the game, seperate from the original version currently available on Game Pass.
